Resolved - DNS propagation is now complete, and the issue has been fully resolved. All services should be routing correctly.

If you encounter any further issues, please contact support@meddicc.com

Monitoring - A DNS configuration change was made and subsequently reverted within an hour. Due to DNS caching behavior across various resolvers, some users may experience temporary issues accessing services as the changes propagate globally.

Approximately 30–50% of users may be routed to an incorrect service endpoint intermittently.

This behavior is determined by the TTL (time to live) settings of individual DNS resolvers and is temporary.

Full DNS propagation is expected in approximately 2 hours

We are actively monitoring the situation and will post updates if anything changes.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as the DNS update completes.
